Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 7, 2023, at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service in Grenada for Mr. Michael Lee Stevens, 47, of Grenada, who died on Saturday, Aug. 5. Burial followed in Spring Hill Cemetery. The Rev. Michael Payton officiated. Family and friends gathered one hour prior to the service on Monday, Aug. 7, at McKibben and Guinn.
Michael was born on Feb. 23, 1976, in Grenada, the son of the late Milo V. and the late Rose Ann Melton Stevens. He was blessed to possess a kind, giving spirit and loved to share anything he had with others. Michael enjoyed attending worship at Elliott Baptist Church. While he led a quiet, simple life, he made a tremendous impact on those who knew and loved him.
Survivors include, his aunt, Mabel Ashmore of Grenada and three cousins, Charlotte Nail, Billie Jean Parker and Bill Ashmore.
