A Memorial Service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 19, 2022, at Oliver Funeral Home of Winona for Mr. Lennard Ray Stewart, 86, of Carrollton, who died on Wednesday, Nov. 9, at his residence. Visitation will be held from noon until service time on Saturday, Nov. 19, at the funeral home.
Mr. Stewart was born on Dec. 21, 1935, in Houlka, the son of the late William Wade and Ruby Knox Stewart. He served in the United States Army National Guard.
Mr. Stewart is the widower of Diane Flemming Stewart and was preceded in death by a spouse, Mary McBroom Stewart. In addition to his parents, his daughter, Becky Stewart, and brother, William “Billy” Stewart, preceded Mr. Stewart in death.
Survivors include, his sons, Len Stewart (Anna) and Michael Stewart (Liz), all of Texas; stepdaughter, Stacy Hood (Monty) of Carrollton; stepsons, Marcus Crittenden (Jana) of Houston, John Crittenden (Christine) of Chester, N.Y., Mike Crittenden of Greenville and Carlton Roberts (Jan) of Hartselle, Ala., and a host of step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
