TO: ANY AND ALL PERSONS WHO ASSERT TO BE HEIRS AT LAW OF ROXIE ROBERTS
You have been made a Respondent in the suit filed in this County by Angela Abram, Administrator, as Petitioner, seeking:
An adjudication that Roxie Roberts, decedent departed this life on August 2, 1976; That decedent died intestate, while being an adult resident citizen of Grenada County, Mississippi;
That decedent left as her heirs at law the following, and only the following: Angela Abram and Minnie Mae Jones Norris. That no other person or persons other than those mentioned by specific name owns any right, title, or interest to the property of the decedent; or,
Such other disposition of the preceding issues as shown proper upon hearing of the issues by the court.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Complaint or Petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 a.m. on the 26th day of August, 2024 in the courtroom of the Grenada County Courthouse in Grenada, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
