WHEREAS, Letters Testamentary upon the Estate of KATHLEEN S. SMITH, deceased, were duly issued to the undersigned as Executor of the Estate by the Chancery Court of Grenada County, Mississippi, on the 27th day of March; therefore, legal notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against said estate arc required by law to have them filed, probated, and registered with the Clerk of the Chancery Court of Grenada County, Mississippi, within ninety (90) days’ time from the first publication of this notice, and failure to file, probate and register their claims with the Clerk within the time will forever bar the claims.
