Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 11, 2023, at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service in Grenada for Mrs. Heather Palmer Adams, 40, of Grenada, who died on Wednesday, Aug. 9, at her residence. The Rev. Howard Beam officiated.
Heather was born on June 14, 1983, in Cleveland, the daughter of Keith and the late Sarah Yvonne Williams Palmer. A devoted homemaker, Heather thrived on the happiness of others and always enjoyed a good laugh. Heather enjoyed watching Tik Tok as well as keeping up with current events on Instagram. If there was a major court case in progress, she always knew what was happening with it. She will lovingly be remembered as a devoted wife and mother and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
In addition to her mother, her grandparents, Frank Palmer and Wilbur and Kathryn Williams, preceded Heather in death.
Survivors include, her husband, Joseph “Joey” Adams; father, Keith Palmer (Diana) of Grenada; daughters, Allie Adams and Kollie-Kate Adams, both of Grenada; sons, Keifer Logan and Nolton Adams, both of Grenada; stepson, Payton Adams (Chyenne) of Midland, Texas; sister, Holly Palmer of Benoit; grandmother, Barbara Palmer of Gulf Shores, Ala.; two grandchildren, Ansleigh Adams and Drake Adams and stepsister, Dara McCluskey of New York.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be directed to the Mississippi Baptist Medical Center through the Baptist Health Foundation, 1225 N. State St., Jackson, MS 39202.
