Grenada High to host MLK basketball tournament

Grenada High School will host the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Basketball Tournament this Saturday,

Jan. 10, beginning at 11 a.m. Teams from Clarksdale, Independence, Aberdeen, J.Z. George, Coffeeville and Grenada will compete.

The schedule for the day includes:

• 11 a.m. — Clarksdale vs. Independence (Girls)

• 12:30 p.m. — Clarksdale vs. Independence (Boys)

• 2 p.m. — Aberdeen vs. J.Z. George (Boys)

• 3:30 p.m. — Coffeeville vs. Grenada (Girls)

• 5 p.m. — Coffeeville vs. Grenada (Boys)

Admission will be $8.
