Grenada Garden Club recently awarded its Civic Pride Award to the Grenada Campus, Holmes Community College. This award is judged on curbside appeal, with a focus on cleanup, general improvement of appearance and presentation. The club’s goal is to encourage Grenada businesses to take an objective look at the overall appearance of their business or facility, by cleaning their surroundings, making improvements and removing unnecessary clutter. The Grenada Campus of Holmes Community College was chosen in part because of its many well maintained and beautifully landscaped areas.
