A private family service was held on Monday, Dec. 28, 2020, in Evergreen Cemetery for Estelle Campbell Cooper, 100, a lifetime resident of Carroll County, who died on Saturday, Dec. 26. A celebration open to all will be held at a later date.
Mrs. Cooper was born on March 27, 1920, in Carroll County, the daughter of Linnie Haley and Grady Campbell.
Her husband, Richard A. “Bill” Cooper; parents; sisters, Evelyn Pipkin and Sadie Mann; brothers, Lloyd Campbell and Henderson Campbell and son-in-law, Donnie Perkins.
Survivors include, her only child, Linda C. Perkins of Carrollton; three grandchildren; six great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild and sister, Mary C. Moore of Carrollton.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Carrollton Baptist Church, Baptist Children’s Village, Evergreen Cemetery or a charity of the donor’s choice.
