Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, in the Oliver Funeral Home Chapel in Winona for Mr. Elbert L. “Bud” Land Jr., 71, of Winona, who died on Friday, May 26, in Oxford. Burial followed in Oakwood Cemetery in Winona. The Rev. Art Land officiated and was assisted by the Rev. Tim Buchanan. Visitation was held from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Monday, May 29, at Oliver Funeral Home.
Mr. Land was born on July 28, 1951, in Winona, the son of Elbert Lee and Elnora Mitchell Land.
His parents preceded Mr. Land in death.
Survivors include, his daughter, Beth Land Gregg (Brandon) of Winona; son, Colby Land (Amy) of Duck Hill; six grandchildren; his sister, Martha Land Autry of Clinton and a host of cousins.
