Few details have emerged related to a shooting late Saturday night in the heart of the city that resulted in the death of a Grenada man.
According to Grenada Police Department Chief George Douglas, officers responded to the area of Gerard and Popular streets just after 10 p.m. and discovered a black male dead inside of a car. Initial investigations determined that the deceased, who was later identified as 35-year-old A.C. Hall Jr., had been shot.
“We are currently working to develop a suspect(s),” Chief Douglas said. “The case is being investigated as a murder.”
No other details were released related to the case.
