Grenada County crews will perform roadwork on Friday, Aug. 26, beginning at 8 a.m. on Bolton Hill Road in Elliott that will shut the road down for a majority of the day.
According to Grenada County Board of Supervisors President Michael Lott, the entrance to Bolton Hill Road down to Sayles Road will be closed this Friday as crews work to replace an old culvert just down from the old Gant store.
From 8 a.m. until sometime late Friday afternoon, the road will be under construction. Motorists are asked to use an alternate route for the day.
"Please use extreme caution and stay alert while traveling around work crews and construction zones," Lott said.
