Bid Notice
The Grenada School District will receive bids for holographic telepresence equipment in the following manner: Unpriced prequalification proposals from prospective bidders will be accepted until 10:00AM on Monday December 1, 2025. The prequalification proposals will be evaluated, and vendors submitting acceptable proposals will be invited to submit priced bids via reverse auction.
RFQ specifications may be obtained at the Grenada School District Central Office, 253 South Main St., Grenada, MS 38901, downloaded from the GSD Bid Page at https://www.centralauctionhouse.com/rfpc10498-grenada-school-district.h…, or by emailing Ezzard Beane at ebeane@grenadak12.com or Sherry Worsham at sworsham2@grenadak12.com for a copy.
The Grenada School District reserves the right to amend the specifications, as necessary, and agrees to notify all bidders who have requested bid packets. The Reverse Auction for bids will be conducted on Friday, December 5, 2025 at 10:00AM (CST), via Central Bidding, teleconference, or in person at the Grenada School District Central Office.
