A time of remembrance will be held from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 10, 2022, at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service in Grenada for Ms. Belinda Kaye Long, 60, of Grenada, who died on Monday, Nov. 7, at her residence.
Belinda was born on Sept. 16, 1962, in Greenwood. She had worked as an office manager at Buddy Jones Ford in Greenwood as well as Kirk Auto Company in Grenada. She will be lovingly remembered as a devoted mother and grandmother, who enjoyed spending time with her family at every opportunity.
Her mother, Geraldine Worley Newman; father, John Carlton, and brother, Randy Carlton, preceded Belinda in death.
Survivors include, her daughters, Tara Murphy (Andy) of Boyle and Natalie Strong of Grenada; son, Trey Strong (Kristen) of Carrollton; sister, Amy Lott (Timmy) of Greenwood and four grandchildren, Brooke Thrasher, Grace Strong, Kylie Strong and Mary Hensley Murphy.
