You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by NEW RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2016-4, seeking Declaratory Judgment, Petition to Remove Cloud from Title, Equitable Lien, and in the Alternative for Reformation and Rescission. The Defendants other than you in this action are Amber Jewell Powell and Ashley A. Powell AKA Ashley Powell Tillman.
