TO: THE UNKNOWN HEIRS-AT-LAW, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES OF RHONDA C. WILLIAMS, DECEASED.
You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court seeking a determination of the heirs at law of RHONDA C. WILLIAMS, Deceased. You are summoned to appear and defend against a Petition to Determine Heirs-at-Law of RHONDA C. WILLIAMS, deceased, in this action at 9:00 a.m. o’clock a.m. on 18th day of February,2025 in the Chancery Courtroom in the Grenada County Courthouse, to show cause if any you show why, KENNETH LEE WILLIAMS, KATIE WILLIAMS BENNETT and KELLY LEAH WILLIAMS, should be declared the sole heirs-at-law of RHONDA C. WILLIAMS, deceased, pursuant to Sections 91-1- 27 of the Mississippi Code, and why such other relief as prayed for should not be granted. In case of your failure to appear and defend, a Decree or Order will be entered against you finding the above named persons to be the sole heirs at law of RHONDA C. WILLIAMS, deceased.
You are not required to file and answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
