You have been made a Respondent in the suit filed in this County by Angela Hodges, Administrator, as Petitioner, seeking:
An adjudication that Patricia J. Oswalt, the deceased departed this life on August 3, 2024;
Patricia J. Oswalt died intestate, while being an adult resident citizen of Grenada County, Mississippi;
That deceased, Patricia J. Oswalt left as her heirs at law the following, and only the following: Angela Hodges, Harold G. Lee, Jr., and Valerie A. Lee. That no other person or persons other than those mentioned by specific name owns any right, title, or interest to the property of Patricia J. Oswalt; or.
Such other disposition of the preceding issues as shown proper upon hearing of the issues by the court.
You arc summoned to appear and defend against the Complaint or Petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 a.m. on the 30* day of April, 2025 in the courtroom of the Grenada County Courthouse in Grenada, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
