You have been made a respondent in the Petition to Determine Heirship filed with the Court by Tarra Winters, Petitioner, and joined in by Rita Wheelright, Debora Winters, and Farra L. Winters, seeking judicial determination of the rightful heirs at law of Estate of Robert Durr, Lillie Mae Durr and Frank Charles Winters, Deceased.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the said Petition filed in the aforementioned action at 9 a.m. on the 12th day of May, 2025 in the Montgomery County Courthouse in Winona, Mississippi, before the Honorable Judge Daniels Chancellor, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
