WHEREAS, on July 2, 2021, Michael J. Havens and Samantha S. Havens executed a certain deed of trust to Denise Mclaurin, Trustee for the benefit of Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage which deed of trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Grenada County, State of Mississippi in Book 2021 at Page 6909; and
