Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 1, 2022, in Winona Garden of Memory for Mrs. Irene Kyle Hoover, 91, of Winona, who died on Wednesday, April 27, at her residence. The Rev. Howard Beam and the Rev. Jay Anderson officiated.
Mrs. Hoover was born on June 9, 1930, the daughter of Barney and Leona McIntire Kyle. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Winona.
Her parents; husband, Alvin Hoover; one son, Steven Hoover, and nine brothers and sisters, preceded Mrs. Hoover in death.
Survivors include, her daughter, Caroline Tyler (Tom) of Shreveport, La.; daughter-in-law, Pamela Hoover of Winona; one son, Denny Hoover (Susan) of Winona; one sister, Bobbie Collum of Ackerman; six grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to First Baptist Church, P.O. Box 408, Winona, MS 38967.
