A grave side committal service was held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 18, at Oakwood Cemetery in Winona for Wiley Charles Prewitt, who passed away May 13, at his home in Winona with his family by his side. The Rev. Jay Anderson officiated the service.
Wiley was born in Kosciusko on Sept. 17, 1939, to Frank Dudley Prewitt and Beatrice Bell “Pudd” Prewitt.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Prewitt was preceded in death by a son DeVotie Patridge.
Survivors include, his wife, Martha Joan Patridge Prewitt, of Winona; sons, Wiley Charles Prewitt Jr. (Lee), of Yocona and Joseph William Prewitt, of Webster County; and brother, Frank Dudley Prewitt Jr. (Penelope) of Tallulah, Louisiana.
