The Board of Commissioners of the Mississippi Regional Housing Authority IV will conduct the annual public hearing to discuss the 2025 Capital Fund submission, Five Year Plan, and the Annual Plan for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025 and invite public comment. The hearing will be conducted at the headquarters of the Mississippi Regional Housing Authority IV, 2845 South Frontage Road, Columbus, Mississippi on Thursday, March 27th, 2025 at 3:30pm. The Capital Fund submission, the proposed plans and policies, the required attachments and documents related to the Capital Fund submission and the plans, and all information relevant to the public hearing to be conducted is available for review and inspection by the public at the headquarters of the Mississippi Regional Housing Authority IV, 2845 South Frontage Road, Columbus, MS during normal business hours. Residents, the Resident Advisory Board, and other interested parties are invited to attend the hearing. All public comments will be given due consideration before formal adoption and final submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for approval.
