NATIONAL SUMMARY
A storm tracking across the nation is expected to bring
thunderstorms to the Southeast and rain from northern
Missouri into the Ohio River Valley, mid-Atlantic and New
England. Some spotty freezing rain may fall in the morning
in portions of north-central and northeastern Pennsylvania,
the southern tier and Hudson Valley of New York, western
Connecticut and Massachusetts. Otherwise, there can be a mix
of rain and snow in upstate New York and southern Michigan.
Some snow can accumulate in parts of northern New England
and the Adirondacks. In the West, an atmospheric river will
bring rain from the San Francisco Bay area and northern
central valley up through western Washington with mountain
snow. Valley showers and mountain snow showers are possible
in the interior Northwest.
