Memorial service plans are pending and will be announced when they are finalized for Mrs. Lela Fern Manus, 76, of Grenada, who died on Monday, Feb. 24, 2025, at her residence.
Mrs. Manus was born on Dec. 16, 1948, in Memphis, Tenn., the daughter of the late William Alma and the late Nannie Hudson Ralston. She worked in retail management for most of her working life. She loved to fish and cherished and adored her great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, her husband, preceded her in death.
Survivors include, her daughter, Deedra Anthony of Grenada; her son, Bill Huguley (Bethany) of Como; sisters, Barbara Meeks (Jeff) of Senatobia and Cora Hawk (Earl) of LaBella, Fla.; two grandchildren, Brittany Flanders (Anthony) and Laurie Tassin (Matthew) and two great grandchildren, Caleb Flanders and Mari Allen Tassin.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be directed to Mission Church in Grenada.
