TO: The unknown heirs of Robert Durr, Lillie Mae Durr and Frank Charles Winters, deceased, and any and all other persons claiming any right, title or interest in and to the estate of Robert Durr, Lillie Mae Durr and Frank Charles Winters, deceased, whose post office and street addresses are unknown to the Petitioner after diligent search and inquiry, and upon whom services of process may be had by publication as prescribed by law.
You have been made a Respondent in a suit filed in this Court by the Petitioner, Tarra Winters, daughter of Nancy Durr Winters Trotter, deceased, seeking the Determination ofHeirs-at Law of Robert Durr, Lillie Mac Durr and Frank Charles Winters, deceased. Respondent in this action other than you arc: Tarra Winters, Rita Wheclright, Debora Winters and Farra L. Winters, surviving heirs-at-law of Robert Durr, Lillie Mac Durr and Frank Charles Winters, deceased.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the complaint or petition filed against you in this action at 9 o’clock A. M. on the 29”’ day of October, 2024, in the Chancery courtroom of the Grenada County Courthouse at Batesville, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition.
