A Celebration of Life Service was held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 13, 2024, at First Baptist Church of Winona for Irby Rudone “Rudy” Goldman, 87, who died on Saturday, April 6, surrounded by his loving family. Burial followed at 3 p.m. in Hope Cemetery in Philadelphia. The Rev. Jay Anderson officiated. Visitation was held from 9 a.m. until service time on Saturday, April 13, at the church.
Rudy was a lifetime member of First Baptist Church of Winona. He served in the Mississippi Army National Guard.
His parents, Irby Goldman and Martele Goldman Griffin; his first wife, Carol Ann; one daughter, Rhodonna, and his second wife, Bonnie, preceded Rudy in death.
Survivors include, his brother, Durwood (Sue) Goldman; sister, Geraldine Boyles; one daughter, Lesa Goldman; son, James (Jennifer) Key; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
