Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 14, 2023, in Providence Baptist Church Cemetery for Mr. Freddie Guy Cohea, 83, of Grenada, who died on Thursday, Jan. 12, in Grenada. The Rev. Franklin Dunn officiated.
Freddie was born on June 21, 1939, in Grenada, the son of Monroe Guy and Doris McWhorter Cohea. He was a retired security guard and a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
His parents preceded Freddie in death.
Survivors include, his brother, Carl Cohea of Gore Springs and nieces, Kecia Cohea of Gore Springs, Karla Cohea of Gore Springs, Kara Beth Killebrew of Southaven and Kayla Wells of Southaven.
