A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2023, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Grenada for Frank Marascalco, 76, of Grenada, who died on Friday, Aug. 11. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 22, at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service.
Frank was a graduate of John Rundle High School in 1964, and received his Pharm D from the University of Mississippi in 1972. He was a faithful member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church and was also active in the Knights of Columbus. He was a pharmacist in Grenada for more than 50 years and had a passion for helping his customers and the people of Grenada in any way he could. Frank was a very family-oriented man, and a beloved husband, father and grandfather who was the rock of the family.
His parents, Joseph and Mary Marascalco, and two sisters, Rose Marie Marascalco and Annette Ciaramitaro, preceded Frank in death.
Survivors include, his wife, Dolly Marascalco; daughter, Dr. Angela Skidmore and her husband, Dr. Mark Skidmore; son, Joseph Marascalco and his wife, Kaya; his granddaughters, Alaina Skidmore and Anna Skidmore; three sisters, Grace Mattei, Mary Cervetti and Catherine Foti, as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
