Two Oklahoma residents were arrested, charged with kidnapping and are being held in the Grenada County Jail on $1 million bonds after being arrested Friday morning.
Grenada County Justice Court Judge Vincent Marascalco set the bonds for Tracy Pacheco and Curtis Howell just after 3 p.m. during their initial appearances in Justice Court.

According to Grenada County Sheriff Office reports, deputies received information Friday morning that two individuals were attempting to pick up a juvenile near Hwy. 8 and Fairground Road. Once deputies contacted both individuals, it was determined they were trying to pick the juvenile up and transport the juvenile out of state.
This is an ongoing investigation and more charges are expected to be filed, GCSO officials said.
