Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Friday, May 23, 2025, in the chapel of McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service in Grenada for Mr. Barry Eli Williams, 56, of Gore Springs, who died on Saturday, May 17, in Flowood. Burial followed in Woodlawn Memorial Park. Visitation was held one hour prior to the service at McKibben and Guinn.
Mr. Williams was born on Feb. 3, 1969, in Grenada, the son of the late Eli Williams and Mert Pharr Williams.
In addition to his father, his brother, Scott Williams, and grandparents, Sherman and Nellie Pharr and Mr. and Mrs. Marshall Williams, preceded Mr. Williams in death.
Survivors include, his mother, Myrtle “Mert” Williams of Buford, Ga..; sister, Sheila Fullilove (William) of Grenada; niece, Alexi Fullilove of Baton Rouge, La., and stepsisters, Tammie McRee, Kathy Simmons and Debbie Brown, all of Grenada.
Pallbearers were William Fullilove, Dewayne McKinney, Paul McRee, Alan Tune, Joe Ward and Tommy Woods.
