Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. on Friday, May 12, 2023, at The Pentecostals of Grenada for Master Aiden Anthony Pounds, 13, of Grenada, who died on Thursday, May 4, in Grenada. The Rev. Damon Tipton officiated.
Aiden was born on Jan. 20, 2010, in Jackson, the son of Marque Anthony Pounds and Mallory Rose Davis. He was a seventh-grade student at Grenada Middle School. He was a very artistic child and enjoyed drawing. He also enjoyed playing video games. Aiden was a beautiful soul with a loving heart and will be missed by all who knew and loved him. He attended The Pentecostals of Grenada.
His grandmother, Judith Pounds, preceded Aiden in death.
Survivors include, his mother, Mallory Davis of Grenada; father, Marque Pounds of North Bend, Wash.; stepfather, Troy Wilmoth of Grenada; sisters, Karmen Pounds of Grenada and Alena Horne of Carrollton; two brothers, Parker Waibel of Grenada and Xander Gage Pounds of North Bend, Wash.; grandparents, Carol Gober, Timothy Gober and Kevin MacRae; great grandmother, Linda Gober, and uncles, Matthew Gober and K.B. Taylor.
