The main aim of Nancy Pelosi and Chuck (never had a real job in his life) Schumer is to make sure Donald Trump does not get reelected, and they are willing to do anything to accomplish that goal – even if it means killing tens of thousands of small businesses and millions of jobs to get that task done.
I guess they realize most people with sense enough to run a business have sense enough to vote Republican, so to heck with them.
Last week the President indicated he had control over when to open-up the states for business, and the Democrats and the media had a fit.
Later in the week the President indicated he had decided to leave the decision up to the individual state governors, and the Democrats and the media had a fit.
When Donald Trump says we need to get the economy going again, the media jumps all over him.
When Andrew Cuomo says we need to get the economy going again, the media praises him for his ability to think ahead.
Mississippi Gov. Tate Reed has named a task force to study and recommend procedures to “Restart Mississippi” after the coronavirus.
Of course, the Democrats don’t like his choices.
The Mississippi Lottery Commission sent the state treasury $9.9 million in March.
April lottery sales are down because of you-know-what, but since its creation Nov. 25, 2019, the Commission has transferred $37.5 million to the state.
