Travis Justin Blaylock

Travis Justin Blaylock, 35, of Grenada, passed away on March 12, 2020.
Justin was a medical nursing staffer for many years. To know Justin was to love him.  He lit up any and every room that he entered and he was full of life.  If you were friends with Justin, you had a TRUE friend. He did not judge, he did not pretend. He had a heart as big as Texas and would do anything for anyone.  He will truly be missed.
A service to celebrate his life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 21, at the Woodlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until service time Saturday at McKibben and Guinn. Immediately following the committal service, a gathering will take place at the Grenada Golf and Racquet Club where all family and friends are invited to attend.
Justin is survived by his mother Gloria Blaylock of Grenada; father Perry Ward of Bruce; sister Rhonda Bailey (Tim) of Holcomb; brother Jason Jackson of Greenwood; aunt LaRisa Campbell (Barry) of Grenada; and uncle Jimmy Ward (Denise) of Bruce.
Pallbearerettes will be Justin’s Mafia, which includes Rachel Anthony, Lakela Lancaster, Tasha Lemley, Corrie Lucius, Kristen Perry and Wendy Timbs along with Nikki Bailey, Melissa Hendrix, Julie Martin and Crystal Melendez.

Funeral services for Charlie Bramlett, Jr. of Charleston are Saturday, at noon, at St. John M. B. Church in Webb.
Mr. Bramlett, 69, died Baptist Memorial Hospital–East in Memphis.  He was born on June 7, 1950.

Naomi Hubbard Pratt
Funeral services for Naomi Hubbard Pratt of Grenada are Saturday at 11 a.m. at Abundant Life Assembly of the Apostolic Faith Church with burial in Haven Rest Cemetery.
Mrs. Pratt, 87, died at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford on March 11, 2020.  She was born on May 7, 1932.
Mrs. Pratt is survived by five daughters, Frances Pratt Morrast of Detroit, Mich., Louise Pratt of Grenada, Gladys Pratt Seahorn of Sugarland, Texas, Gloria Pratt and Samantha Pratt Woods, both of Houston, Texas;  six sons,  James Pratt and Anthony “Joe” Pratt, both of Grenada, Chester Pratt of Detroit, Lawrence Wayne Pratt of Houston, Stevie Pratt and Terry Pratt, both of Missouri City, Texas;  four sisters, Ada Ruth Johnson of Grenada, Hattie Dennis of Hillside, Ill., Sue Walker and Pearl White, both of Chicago;  and two brothers, J.C. White and Eddie White, both of Grenada.

Montana Villasenor

Trestin Montana Villasenor, 14, of Grenada, passed away Monday, March 16, 2020, at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
He was born Jan. 4, 2006, in Greenwood and was an active seventh grader at Kirk Academy. Montana enjoyed playing video games, wrestling, football and baseball. Montana will be remembered for his kind, gentle spirit and could always be found with a smile on his face.
Funeral services are at 2 p.m. Friday, March 20, at the Gore Springs Community Center with the Rev. James McElroy officiating.  Interment will follow in the Red Hill Cemetery in Montgomery County.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service Friday at Gore Springs Community Center.
Survivors include his mother Alisha Marie Grantham of Grenada; father Javier Villasenor (Amanda) of Eupora; three sisters, Cheyenne Villasenor of Grenada, Chloe and Mayela Villasenor of Eupora; three brothers, Dakota Villasenor of Grenada, Maximo Villasenor and Mattias Villasenor of Eupora; maternal grandmother and step-grandfather, Patty and Jose Camarena of Grenada; paternal grandmother Enedina Villasenor of Franklin, Tenn.; great-grandmother Phillis DeLoach of Grenada; nephew James David Laster of Grenada; step-sister Alexis Chastain of Eupora; step-brother Ethan Chastain of Eupora; step-grandmother Sherry Grantham of Minnesota and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, David Grantham and Carlos Villasenor; and great-grandfather Doyle DeLoach.
Pallbearers will be Doug Alexander, Jonathan Alexander, Ethan Chastain, Tanner Pritchard, Dakota Villasenor and Javier Villasenor.

Funeral services for Quentin Deon “Que” Williams-McMillian are Saturday at 11 a.m. at New Birth M.B. Church with burial in Mt. Zion A.M.E. Church cemetery in Dentontown.
Mr. Williams, 29, died at UMMC-Jackson on March 14, 2020. He was born on Oct. 10, 1990.
Mr. Williams is survived by his mother Dorothy Williams-Conley of Grenada;  two daughters, Shuntae M. Cotton of Grenada and Nova L Williams of Huntsville, Ala.;  three sisters, Katessia Patty of Grenada, Alexis S. Williams of Collierville, Tenn., and Keesha Williams of San Antonio, Texas;  and two brothers, Quantez Williams and Lavarcus Williams, both of Grenada.
