A single car crash claimed the life of a young Grenada man and severely injured three others Sunday night on Highway 332.
Grenada Police Chief Garrett Hartley identified the victim as Quen Thompson, 18, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to Hartley, the three others involved in the accident were juveniles all under the age of 18.
They are currently being treated for serious injuries.
Various social media sites have identified the three as Antanesha Pawnell, Mykel Yates and Isaiah Townes, all of Grenada.
“We still have this accident under investigation,” Hartley said. “As part of that we are trying to determine what exactly happened.”
Emergency officials responded to a call of an accident at 8:16 p.m. on Highway 332 near the Airport Circle intersection.
