Third person sought in shooting

Police are on the lookout for a third person in connection with a Thursday afternoon shooting on Adams Street that left a 17 year-old dead and an elderly woman severely injured.
According to Assistant Police Chief George Douglas, police are looking for a man identified as 22-year-old Jervarian Young, 22, of Grenada.
“An arrest warrant has been issued for murder and two counts of aggravated assault on Jervarian Young,” Douglas said. “Young’s last known residence is located in Memphis. The Grenada Police are requesting if anyone knows the location of Young to contact the Grenada Police Department.”
