Grenada coach Ashley Kuhn is nearing nearly 20 years as a high school football coach.
He has coached at Lafayette, Durant, and began his career as an assistant coach at West Point. He was part of the staff that turned the Green Wave in the right direction. In 2002, Kuhn was on the opposite sidelines when the Green Wave won a 10-3 decision over Grenada to win the North 4A title. They lost to D’Iberville in the title game.
Now, Kuhn gets the chance to coach against the program that started his career. This time, he is a head coach and he is coaching against his best friend, Green Wave head man Chris Chambless.
