The Grenada School District is gearing up for student extracurricular activities.
The Grenada Chargers football teams will participate in a jamboree at Cleveland on August 15.
“We’ll play two quarters of varsity football and two quarters of junior varsity football,” according to Grenada High School Football Coach Ashely Kuhn. The coach said he will use the game, in part, to fine tune his varsity players for their opener against West Point on August 22.
“I think we can build off the momentum we had from last year, and I’m excited about the athletes we have returning,” said Kuhn.
