Genard Avery led the list by being named Defensive MVP in Region 1-6A. Six other members made the All-Region team. They included Shareef White, Javoris Redditt, John Austin Cook, Kesner Spencer, Willie McCaleb, and Nathan Evans.
Several players were named Honorable Mention. They include Deon Knox, Chance Davis, Jarvis Jackson, Devarius Bridges, Rahim Avery, Jarvis Bell, Brandon Tillman, Deterrion Woodall, and
Tyrin Jones.
“It’s a credit to our program to have so many kids recognized making the All-Region Teams,” Coach Ashley Kuhn said. “We had a number of guys that had a solid season and very deserving of the recognition. It’s nothing but a positive for your program when you have that many people
receive postseason honors.”
