Grenada County citizens are invited to voice opinions or concerns tonight about a proposed $34 million budget for the Grenada School District for the 2011-2012 school year.
The meeting is at the central office located on South Main Street at 6:30 p.m.
The proposed budget for the upcoming school year is $45,729 less than the 2011-2012 budget of $34,160,648, according to Financial Director Bo Surrell.
“In this proposed budget, we are asking for the same amount of money from local support as last year,” Surrell said.
