   The Grenada County grand jury was called into a special session Wednesday to focus on drug cases.
   According to Grenada County Sheriff Alton Strider, the 19 indicted were arrested between January and August following an investigation by the sheriff’s department.
   “We are still investigating and cannot release any more information at this time,” Strider said.
   According to circuit court records, the indicted are:
   Stephanie Lott, also known as Stephanie Beck, 39, charged with three counts of conspiracy to sell or transfer a schedule II substance (methamphetamine) and five counts of sale of a schedule II controlled substance (methamphetamine.) All the charges include sentence enhancement as an habitual or subsequent offender. Stephanie Lott was convicted of possession of cocaine in 1997 in Grenada County and possession of Alprazolam with intent in 2008 in Madison County. Bond was set at $25,000.
   John (Johnny) Samuel Allen, 53, charged with two counts of conspiracy to sell or transfer a schedule II substance (methamphetamine), three counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of methamphetamine less than one-tenth of a gram, possession of marijuana less than 30 grams and possession of a schedule IV controlled substance (Hydrocodone) less than 100 dosage units. All the charges include a sentence enhancement as an habitual or subsequent offender. Allen was convicted of possession of methamphetamine in 2003 in Grenada County and Montgomery County. Bond set at $15,000.
   Haley Coker-Vance charged with two counts of conspiracy to sell or transfer a schedule II substance (methamphetamine.) No bond set.
   Lewis (Bubba) Herman Buford, 56, of Greenwood charged with two counts of conspiracy to sell or transfer a schedule II substance (methamphetamine.) Bond set at $20,000.
   Sherry Lott charged with one count of conspiracy to sell or transfer a schedule II substance (methamphetamine), possession of methamphetamine, possession of a schedule II substance (Oxycodone), possesion of a schedule IV controlled substance (Alprazolam) less than 100 dosage units, and possession of a schedule IV substance (Diazepam) less than 100 dosage units.
   All the charges include a sentence enhancement as an habitual or subsequent offender. Sherry Lott was convicted of possession of precursors in 2004 in Montgomery County. Bond set at $25,000.
   Everette Cummings, 40, charged with one count of conspiracy to sell or transfer a schedule II substance (methamphetamine.) Bond set at $10,000.
   Timothy Power, 33, charged with one count of conspiracy to sell or transfer a schedule II substance (methamphetamine.) No bond was set.
   Morris Ray Browning, 56, charged with one count of conspiracy to sell or transfer a schedule II substance (methamphetamine.) No bond was set.
   Glen Duke is charged with one count of conspiracy to sell or transfer a schedule II substance (methamphetamine.) Bond set at $10,000.
   Jimmy Dean Costilow, 48, charged with one count of conspiracy to sell or transfer a schedule II substance (methamphetamine.) No bond was set.
   Wilburn Raymond (Ramey) Carroll Jr., 44, charged with one count of conspiracy to sell or transfer a schedule II substance (methamphetamine.) The charge includes a sentence enhancement as an habitual or subsequent offender. Carroll was convicted of possession of methamphetamine in 2003 in Grenada County. Bond set at $50,000.
   Samuel Thomas Sargent, 48, charged with one count of conspiracy to sell or transfer a schedule II substance (methamphetamine.) Bond set at $30,000.
   Sarah K. Smart charged with one count of conspiracy to sell or transfer a schedule II substance (methamphetamine.) Bond set at $25,000.
   Keith Lott, 52, charged with one count of conspiracy to sell or transfer a schedule II substance (methamphetamine), and possession of methamphetamine of more than two grams, but less than 10 grams. All the charges include a sentence enhancement as an habitual or subsequent offender. Bond set at $10,000.
   Elizabeth Mooreman, 46, charged with one count of conspiracy to sell or transfer a schedule II substance (methamphetamine). Bond set at $10,000.
   Billie Logan is charged with one count of conspiracy to sell or transfer a schedule II substance (methamphetamine.) No bond was set.
   James Dickerson, 38, charged with one count of conspiracy to sell or transfer a schedule II substance (methamphetamine.) Bond set at $15,000.
   James (Jimmy) Otis Pate charged with one count of conspiracy to sell or transfer a schedule II substance (methamphetamine.) Bond set at $10,000.
   Robert Welsh, 51, charged with two counts of conspiracy to sell or transfer a schedule II substance. Bond set at $10,000.
   Trial dates have been set for Jan. 23-Jan. 25, 2012.
