   The Grenada City Council on Monday voted unanimously to approve application for four Rural Business Enterprise Grants for upstart and expanding businesses in the Lake City.
   Karen Simms with Fortitude Management and Logistics Solution LLC addressed the council about businesses venture on behalf of local entrepreneurs.
   Simms is president of Fortitude, which is an independent business that writes grants and offers support solutions to clients.
   One business currently makes take-out food and wants to expand and offer dine-in convenience, Simms said. The business will provide four full-time jobs. The business requested $55,000 in RBEG grants.
