   More than five inches of rain fell in less than two hours Tuesday, and it wreaked havoc among some Grenada residents.
   According to Tom Salem at the National Weather Service in Memphis, the Lake City received a near record amount of rainfall Tuesday night.
   “We don’t see this often,” said Salem.
   Flood damage was apparent throughout town.
