   The Kirk Academy track came up just short in their goal to win a District 1-AA title in both girls and boys. They did, however, qualify several participants for this week’s North AA Meet.
   On the boys’ side, the Raiders finished the day with 70½ points compared to 90 for Indianola.
Indianola also won the girls’ title with 97 points. Kirk was second with 82 points.

Boys
   Taylor Faulkner won the 800-meter run with a time of 2:34. Gunner Hudspeth was second at 2:37.01. Hudspeth placed fourth in the 400-meter dash in 57.95.
   Jaggars Denley had a second place in the high jump at 5-8. He tied Jeremy Whitfield of Indianola for first, but had more misses.
   Denley won the 1,600-meter run with a time of 4:52.10. He placed second in the 3,200-meter run in 11:27.
   Cole Crenshaw was second in the 200-meter dash in 25.47. The junior finished third in the 100-meter dash at 12.48.
   William Gibson had  third place in the high jump at 5-4. Noah Brandon finished fourth in the triple jump at 30-9½.
   Bas Hollingsworth was third in the 400-meter dash in 57.04. Andrew McDurmon ran a 19.31 in the 110-meter hurdles, which was good for third place.
   Michael O’Brien was third in the 300-meter hurdles in 49.29.
   In the relays, McDurmon, Hudspeth, Hollingsworth, and Dalton Bell won the 1,600-meter relay with a time of 4:02. Bell, Crenshaw, Hollingsworth, and McDurmon were third in the 400-meter relay in 48.50.
   The 3,200-meter relay team of Faulkner, McDurmon, Hudspeth, and Denley won the race with a time of 9:38.12. Crenshaw, McDurmon, Bell, and Hollingsworth were third in the 800-meter relay in 1:43.65.

Girls
   Lauren Snyder placed second in the long jump at 15-4½. She was third in the 200-meter dash with a time of 27.98 and third in the 100-meter hurdles in 18.38.
   Morgan Claire Rose won the 1,600-meter run (5:48) and the 800-meter run (2:36.10). Elizabeth Taylor had a second in the 800-meter run (2:42.17) and a second in the 1,600-meter run (6:12). The duo went first and second in the 3,200-meter run. Rose was first at 12:46.10 and Taylor was second in 13:42.14.
   Carley Hudspeth finished second in the 200-meter dash (27.80) and second in the 400-meter dash in 1:04.22.
   Leggett Steed had a second place in the 300-meter hurdles (54.28) and the 100-meter dash in 13.44. She was fourth in the triple jump at 28-6½.
   In the relays, the 800-meter team of Kennedy Snyder, Lauren Snyder, Katie Steed, and Hudspeth were second at 1:56.56. The 400-meter team of Lauren Snyder, Leggett Steed, Hudspeth, and Kennedy Snyder were third at 57.85.
   The 1,600-meter team of Hudspeth, Rose, Annie Box, and Elizabeth Taylor won their event with a time of 4:34.
   Running preliminaries and field events finals will be Wednesday at Washington School. The finals will be Saturday at Washington.
