The Grenada School District is offering folks a chance to learn from the best in areas they might not know much about.
Night classes will start later this month, and according to Superintendent Dr. David Daigneault, every Grenadian can find something of interest in the list of courses.
“This is a great opportunity for folks to participate in and become excited about ongoing, life-long education and perhaps to pick up a trick or two in an area, like do-it-yourself outdoor projects, or pottery, in which they’ve always been interested,” said Daigneault.
The classes will be offered Tuesday nights, at the Grenada Career and Technical Center, from Jan. 22 through Feb. 25.
They’ll run from 6 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.
Bonnie Brunt will teach a class on the computer program Microsoft Word.
Participants will learn how to create customized documents using Format, pictures, clip art and drawing tools.
The cost is $50.
