Isabella (left) and Katrina Kinder

By GALEN HOLLEY
Staff Writer

Two aspiring, young filmmakers are working on a project that celebrates the attractions of Grenada and will hopefully draw tourists.
Katrina Kinder, 17, and her sister, Isabella, 14, are busy filming, interviewing, archiving and editing as they work on a documentary about the history and culture of Grenada.
The girls have continued working on the project for months, after they initially helped filmmakers Greg and Josh Morton lay the groundwork.
They figure they put in at least 20 hours each week, they said.
“Film is such an interesting medium through which to tell stories, and I think that Grenada has a lot to showcase, and hopefully we’re doing that,” said Katrina.
