   Marjorie Hughes will serve the next five years as the District Four School Board Member.
Hughes won a decisive margin of the vote Tuesday in a much-anticipated election that decided who would ultimately fill the seat vacated when her husband passed away last year.
   According to certified results from the office of Circuit Clerk Linda Barnette, Hughes received 553 votes, and challenger, attorney Carlos Moore, received 304.
