   Kirk Academy coach Nathan Moncrief could see his team begin to turn the corner following a slow start to the 2013 season.
   For 4½ innings Thursday, it looked like the Raiders had turned around and headed back down the street in their contest against Class AAA foe Washington School. Kirk had committed five errors during that span. The pitchers had hit six Washington batters. They found themselves in an 11-1 hole at that point.
   The final three innings saw one of the biggest comebacks in school history. Kirk scored twice in the fifth, three times in the sixth, and six times in the seventh to come away with a 12-11 win over the Generals.
