A homeowner near Gore Springs was cleaned out in a burglary last week.
According to a sheriff’s report, someone hit a home on the 2400 block of Providence Rd. shortly after 10 p.m. on Jan. 31.
The homeowner was out of town, the report said.
The thief or thieves apparently cut the wires that led to the alarm box on the victim’s shop, the report said.
