In the past two seasons, the Grenada Chargers have struggled against zone defenses.
That was the case this past Friday in the district opener at home against Columbus. Despite these problems, the Chargers made enough plays down the stretch and escaped with a 56-51 win over the Falcons.
With the win, Grenada improves to 4-1 on the season.
In the opener, the Lady Chargers remained winless dropping a 56-23 decision.
