SPC Graham has acted as forward observer, a battle tracker in the operations center, radio transmitter operator and participated on presence patrols during his time in Iraq.

His wife Angel, and their two little girls, Hanna Grace and Paisley anxiously await his safe return. His parents, Bradley and Celia Graham, live in Winona.

The junior enlisted men such as Graham carry the brunt of the load for the battalions, said Major Michael Harlow.

"They are the ones that keep vehicles running, communications equipment up and running, maps updated, monitor radios, and the endless list of tasks that must happen to keep the unit prepared."
