That’s how much time there is before the Kirk Raiders and the rest of the Mississippi Association of Independent Schools start fall football camp.
Players have dealt with hot weather going through summer workouts and strength conditioning. There have been seven-on-seven works. That will continue until they gather as a group for an early morning practice July 30.
Veteran coach John McCrory begins his second season leading the Raiders. Last season, Kirk finished at 2-8. The Raiders showed the effects of a non-existent weight program. The offseason program began in earnest not long after the season-ending loss at Clarksdale Lee.
